Booking & Date Reservation Policy: Submission of this form does not guarantee or secure your requested event date. All booking requests are subject to venue availability and final approval by management. Once your request has been reviewed and availability has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation, your requested date will be placed on hold for up to seven (7) calendar days. To officially secure the reservation, the required deposit payment must be received within the 7-day hold period. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, the held date will automatically be released and may become available to other clients without further notice.

Scheduling & Overtime: I acknowledge that our contracted rental time must encompass all setup, rehearsals, technical sound checks, performances, and complete post-event clean-up. No early building entry is permitted, and the facility must be entirely vacated by our scheduled end time. Any unauthorized schedule overruns will result in immediate hourly overtime penalty fees.

HPD Officer Requirement: For all events held at the facility, security staffing requirements are based on the expected audience size: Events with fewer than 350 guests require a minimum of one (1) HPD Officer. Events with more than 350 guests require a minimum of two (2) HPD Officers. All required HPD Officer costs and coordination are the responsibility of the renter/event organizer.

Facility Inspection & Cleaning: I understand that the PAC Manager or Lead Technician will conduct a thorough physical facility inspection immediately following our egress. Moanalua PAC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use of glitter, confetti, or unapproved stage adhesives. If any property damage, glitter, or excessive trash/debris is identified, our organization will be assessed an immediate specialized cleaning or restoration fee.

Deposits & Cancellations: I understand that upon submission and approval of our paperwork, a 50% non-refundable deposit paid via check must be received within seven (7) business days to officially secure and lock our reservation calendar dates. I acknowledge that the remaining balance is due in full on or before the day of the event, and that there are absolutely no refunds issued for client-initiated cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
